KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
Alex Demianenko began his career in property in 2010 after graduating from the University of Witwatersrand with a B Com degree in Economics and Management. He started as an assistant estate agent, later becoming an independent sales associate enjoying several successful years with RE/MAX South Africa.
While working as an estate agent, Alex also completed numerous property courses including a certificate course through Wits University and the Tigrent/Legacy program, to name a few. In 2014, Alex began investing in residential property in South Africa, focusing on buy-to-let and buy-renovate-sell strategies.
In 2018, he moved to the UK. Building on his background in property investing, Alex has grown a network of UK property professionals and UK property knowledge. He is investing in his own property projects in the Humberside towns of Grimsby and Hull. He also sources UK property deals, and manages the required renovations, for UK and overseas investors.
Outside of property, Alex has Protea Colours in acrobatic gymnastics and has represented South Africa several times. More recently, his passion for the sport has led him to judging at international events including the 3rd Youth Olympic Games in 2018. He also loves to travel and explore new places and try new food and experiences.
The pound is still currently the 5th strongest currency in the world as well as one of the most stable currencies.
