QUESTIONS
What if I don't want to camp?
Guests may leave the event at anytime. All fees are per day regardless of camping or not.
What is the age limit?
All persons under the age of 20 will require parental supervision, at the event, at all time. A notice of entry form will be signed upon arrival.
What am I allowed to bring?
Food, Drink, Braai, Camping Gear, Tents, Caravan, Boats.
What am I not allowed to bring?
Generators, Sound Systems, Motorbikes, Pets, Fireworks, Weapons.
Can I bring alcohol into the event?
You may bring alcohol into the event, however, you may not bring it into the main event area. Our bars will be selling spirits, beers, wine, shooters & ciders at very reasonable prices. Its preferred to bring in a small amount of alcohol into the event and purchase from our bars.
What time does gates open and close?
Gates open at 10am and will close by 11pm.
Are there toilets & showers?
There will be toilets and showers available at the event. We have arranged additional ablution facilities.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason the event is cancelled. All guests will receive a 95% refund.
A standard 5% banking transfer fee will be deducted,
