 brates the end and a beginning of a new year. The event is for the public
 \, to empower and expose up and coming artists and entrepreneurs to marke
 t their artistry & sell their works\, products or services to expose thems
 elves and be recognized by the public domain.</p><p>The event is a free en
 try public event that occurs on an annual basis\, every 31st of December 
 till the 1st of January.</p><p><br></p><p>On our first Be HVPPY NYE FESTIV
 AL Concept edition for 2023. We are hosting the festival at Orlando west E
 xt\, 1804 Tambo street\, Soweto\, Johnnesburg. Birth place to the HVPPY LT
 D COMPANY. The title for 2023 edition is called "AfrohipyanokwaidiphouseSo
 ul edition. Tribute part 1(2023) .</p><p><br></p><p>The #Behvppynyefestiva
 l is a public live concert\, New Years eve festival event featuring a vari
 ety of upcoming artist/bands/Djs and headliners\, consisting of workshops
  where young and upcoming artist and entrepreneurs sell and market their w
 orks through a series of interactive workshops or stalls.</p><p><br></p><p
 >The event focuses on exposing up and coming artist in soweto and South Af
 rica\, as a whole to the public domain as an independent artist and brand 
 of South Africa and a platform for the company to connect more closely to 
 its audiences through its assigned music catalog.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Targ
 et of the event</u></p><p><br></p><p>We are targeting mainly the youth aro
 und the ages of 18 till 35+ as alcohol will be sold in the event\, and who
  we believe will make up to the success and aim of the public event for t
