  Bishops Community Event promises to be a fun-filled afternoon and evening
  for the entire family! With multiple rides (even for the adults!)\, Tombo
 la\, face paint\, Cake & Candy.....children will be spoilt for choice! A f
 ood court with a wide variety of Food Trucks and a licensed Beer & Wine te
 nt for over 18s!</p><p><br></p><p>The event will be cashless\, creating a 
 better\, SAFER and more fun event for all our guests. Rider and Non-Rider 
 wristbands will be sold online with pre-loaded credit options. This will a
 llow you to buy food and drinks and more. <u>Please purchase sufficient cr
 edit on your wristband to prevent standing in long queues to top up on the
  day.</u></p><p><br></p><h3><u>1. NON-RIDER WRISTBANDS - R50 per wristband
  per person</u></h3><ul><li>A NON-RIDER wristband gives the bearer ENTRY i
 nto the event only\, nothing else.</li><li>This wristband must be worn by<
 u> all adults and children over the age of 2 who are NOT planning to ride.
 </u></li><li><u>Please note that the non-rider wristband will need 'credit
 ' for any purchases at the event.</u></li><li><u>Credit can be pre-purchas
 ed now online</u> by buying a pre-loaded wristband.</li><li>If a non-rider
  wishes to go on any of the rides\, they will need to upgrade to a RIDER t
 icket and pay an additional R200 at one of the top-up stations.</li><li>Cr
 edit can also be topped up at the event at the top-up stations. The top-u
 p stations only accept cash or credit cards.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><stro
 ng><u>2.JUNIOR (Gr N - Gr 2) RIDER WRISTBANDS - R200 per wristband per per
 son</u></strong></h3><ul><li>A JUNIOR RIDER wristband gives the bearer ENT
 RY into the event\, a bottle of still water and unlimited access to all ju
 nior rides and the sensory play area.</li><li>Please note that the Junior 
 Rider wristband will need 'credit' for any purchases at the event.</li><li
 >Credit can be pre-purchased <u>now online</u> by buying a pre-loaded wris
 tband.</li><li>Credit can also be topped up at the event at the top-up sta
 tions. The top-up stations only accept cash or credit cards.</li></ul><p>
 <br></p><h3><u>3. RIDER WRISTBANDS - R250.00 per wristband per person</u><
 /h3><ul><li>A RIDER wristband gives the bearer ENTRY into the event\, plus
  UNLIMITED access to the rides. Please note that this does not include pur
 chases from any Grade stalls or games.</li><li>This wristband must be worn
  by <u>all children over the age of 2 who are planning to ride.</u></li><l
 i>Please note that the rider wristband will need 'credit' to make any purc
 hases at the event.</li><li>Credit can be pre-purchased <u>now online</u> 
 by buying a pre-loaded wristband.</li><li>Credit can also be topped up at 
 the event at the top-up stations. The top-up stations accept only cash or
  credit cards.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3><u>T's&C's: </u></h3><ul><li>No ent
 ry without a wristband\, except for under 2's.</li><li>All purchases (food
 \, beverages\, etc.) will be via credit loaded onto your wristbands prior 
 to or during the event at the top-up stations. The top-up stations only a
 ccept cash or credit cards.</li><li>Purchases from stalls is either via ca
 sh or credit card with the stall owner.</li><li>Avoid queues and purchase 
 pre-loaded wristbands online.</li><li><u>Pre-purchasing of wristbands is o
 pen to ALL Bishops families and ALL Friends!</u></li><li>Online wristband 
 purchases before the 28th of Feb by Bishops College\, Prep or Pre Prep fam
 ilies will be delivered to you or your son via your Class Rep prior to the
  event to avoid waiting in long queues.</li><li>Online wristbands purchase
 d by friends of Bishops can be collected at the gate. Please provide proof
  of purchase on the day.</li><li>Unused credit on your wristbands after t
 he event can be refunded into your bank account (less charges) via Howler'
 s website - www.howler.co.za -. In order to do so you will need to retai
 n your wristband and pair it in the cash-out section of your profile. Cash
  outs are only available up to 30 days after the event.</li></ul>
