 ountains in Jo'burg\, Makhanda\, and Port Elizabeth. An old shoulder injur
 y has returned to haunt me and as it stands I am barely able to hold the n
 eck of a guitar. Cortisone and physiotherapy have not been successful and 
 the only forward now is surgery. This will happen soon but the recovery ti
 me will not be enough to allow me to honour these dates. The rest of me (a
 part from the two prosthetic knees and the one blind eye) is perfect and I
 've no doubt that I'll be back spanking the plank and singing my lungs out
