 \, and Jean-Philippe (JP) Colmant and Paul Gerber will be in Johannesburg 
 for this Affaire de Bulles. Each year\, at the end of July\, Colmant showc
 ases the entire range and includes the release of their Absolu zero dosage
  cuvée.</p><p>Other bubbly available to taste on the evening will include
  Champagne from one of our growers\, Benoît Marguet\, and some Crémant d
 e Bourgogne. As you walk around with your glass of chosen bubbly\, Chef Ja
 mes Diack and his team will have a selection of canapés available for you
  to nibble on. </p><p>The evening is limited to just 60 guests. </p>
