- 45min Yoga - Vinyasa f low (Beginners & intermediate)
Run start: 08:00 (Cut of f 90min)
Yoga Session 1 will begin on the Red Roof at 08:15
Yoga Session 2 will begin on the Red Roof at 09:45 (Own mat required)
NB: Yoga Session 2 is reserved for the Run/Yoga combo
