Move & Flow with SJ - Daily 14:00 (SA Time). Alternating between vinyasa yoga through the elements and body weight workouts. Today we are doing a full body workout.
All are welcome, all levels can enjoy this class.
All you need is enough space for yourself and a yoga mat and a back pack, some heavy books to fill the bag with.
