Ekasi Project Green is a community organic farming project o n the grounds of the Vuzamanzi Primary School in Kayelitsha\, Cape Town. T heir produce is sold to independent food suppliers\, like Pure Good Food.
Since lock-down they have been unable to farm and purcha se seedlings\, and have set up a feeding scheme to help feed the children in the community. Each day children bring their bowls to be filled with a meal.
The team at Ekasi Project Green and the farming pr oject are the beneficiaries of your donations this week. The money raised goes straight into their hands to sustain their livelihood and rebuild the ir farming operation during and after lock-down.
