DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Nineteen89 Plett & Events On Route</strong>\, will b
 e hosting the <strong>first Annual Bra Dash</strong> in Plettenberg Bay.</
 p><p>The event will be hosted on <strong>Sunday the 25</strong><sup><stron
 g>th</strong></sup><strong> of October from 10h00 till 12h00</strong>.</p>
 <p><br></p><p>We are calling on our community to join us in our fight to r
 aise awareness around breast cancer.</p><p><br></p><p>Cancer is a very per
 sonal issue that we have all felt in one form or another. It does not disc
 riminate\, it does not care about gender or races\, it does not sway from 
 the privileged or the underprivileged. It is very real and has destroyed m
 ore families than the current pandemic affecting the world we live in toda
 y.</p><p><br></p><p>Tickets will be on sale on Howler’s website <a href=
 "http://www.howler.co.za/" target="_blank">www.howler.co.za</a>\, cost to 
 participate will be R120 per person with all proceeds being donated direct
 ly to CANSA SA\, with a special earmark for the Plettenberg Bay Ward.</p><
 p><br></p><p>We ask all participants to come out in their best pink bras\,
  sportswear\, or T-shirts. Bring your dogs if you have pink clothes that f
 it them. We will be selling various items at registration on the morning o
 f the event if you are missing that specific item to finish your outfit.</
 p><p><br></p><p>Roads will be closed along the Main street during this tim
 e\, roads affected from Beacon Way (Corner Cupid) all the way up Main endi
 ng at the dolphin circle (Strand) The area between Market square and Cupid
  will be closed entirely. After the circle\, the high street will only be 
 closed to traffic going up Main.</p><p><br></p><p>The Bra Dash will be a p
 arade that makes its way up the main street\, along the entire business di
 strict of Plett\, we implore all businesses to be open and join in by addi
 ng pink to your shop fronts and coming out to support the cause. We are ho
 ping to raise more than <strong>R250 000.00</strong> for this and we need
  your help to do it. This will become an annual affair and can only grow f
 rom strength to strength with the help of our community. Nineteen89 restau
 rant will have pink ribbon on sale during the month of October. Please pop
  in\, buy a roll\, and wrap a tree or light pole along the main street. Si
