We at PopUpGym understand the importance of exercise for kids, so we bring you PopUpGym for Kids!!
PopUpGym for Kids is focused on children aged 6 to 12yrs. The program is brought to you in partnership with The Kids Gym and will be running concurrently to PopUpGym for Adults at Nelson Mandela Square.
Gone are the days when kids entertainment meant jumping castles and face painting only.
The programme on the day will include endurance, flexibility, strength, core and balance exercises. These are fundamental movement skills.
Exercise for kids helps prevent or reduce health problems. It helps to curb extra weight, improves body strength, increases muscle tone and also boosts self-esteem.
Parents, be rest assured this is NOT a bootcamp for kids. The professional Kids Gym staff will ensure your kids are having fun from start to finish.
