 e art by asking the audience to critically engage with a ritual that is bo
 th well-known and vastly under-considered. The ‘ceremony’ will consist
  of an interactive live art piece by Nicolene Burger & Mandri Sutherland i
 n which they critique conservative Afrikaans wedding rituals. This will be
  followed by a reception (read: PARTY) in true That Eclectic style.</p><p>
 <br></p><p>The idea is to gather and reflect on the rituals we partake in 
 as a community and how we can perform these rituals in conscious ways. Tha
 t Wedding is an attempt to unite our community in love\, celebration & cri
 tical thought. So bring your dancing shoes\, your wits & those cringey ‘
 funky’ socks.</p>
