Is a carefully curated experience that looks to celebrate and explore South Africa’s rich cultural underground landscape. We aspire to promote and support local talent at the forefront of growth and innovatio n in our countries beautifully diverse music\, fashion\, art and action sp ort scenes.
For our first event we have teamed up with Ginger With A Gopro (Chad Nathan) and Reset. to help raise money for Chads charity Raising Hope. He has been documenting the Lockdown in Cape Town s ince the 27th of March and with all the heart wrenching footage he has tak en\, he decided to start a Backabuddy for everyone he was filming. R320 00 0 was raised in one week! Currently the campaign just reached its goal of R500 000.

Vehemen t Youth has teamed with Howler to create the perfect streaming experience. All tickets purchased for the festival will go towards Raising Hope and t he Reset staff.
Subculture has selected artists that cons istently push the ever-growing sounds of Deep House\, Progressive House\, & Afro House Music here in South Africa & abroad. We are currently in a pe riod where many up-and-coming musicians are struggling to be recognized\, and those who are established are having difficulty in pursuing their pass ion due to various socio-economic reasons. The artists performing on this stream are undoubtedly some of the best in their unique ways. From produce rs to DJs\, our selection brings together a diverse group of people dedica ted\, not only to their growth\, but the growth of the electronic music sc ene in South Africa.
