Sally is a pass ionate and enthusiastic Yoga Teacher and owner of Johannesburg’s most su ccessful Yoga studio – Yoga Experience\, now situated inside the Bull ri ng at the Wanderers Stadium. Sally has been practicing and teaching yoga f or the past twenty-two years. Her intention in starting yoga was to recove r from an eating disorder and to empower herself to live an authentic and joyful life.
She has successfully achieved her goal and c ontinues to live in her Truth and power by sharing her experience and gift s of healing with her students. Sally’s yoga classes are technically sou nd and inspiring. She incorporates pranayama and deep relaxation into the mix and uses the benefits of the yoga practice as tools to take off the ma t and into the world. She loves holding space for people and enjoys the re treat environment where the magic happens.
