Should the event be cancelled due to severe weather or poor water quality, then all entries will be held over to the following year’s event. Should the event be cancelled for any other reason other than negligence on behalf of the organisers, or should a participant not be able to make the event for whatever reason, including illness, 80% of the ticket price can be refunded if claimed before 1st April 2026.
