There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.

• More than 30 days prior to the event

• Between 7 - 30 days prior to the event

  50% Refund Fee. Refund fee

• Less than 7 days prior to the event

  75% Refund Fee. Refund fee

• Special Circumstances

  In cases of serious unforseen circumstances that prevent event attendence, refunds will be considered.
