Cancellations made more than 12 weeks are eligible for 100% refund via Holwer. 6 weeks before the event are eligible for a 50% refund via Howler. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to resell or transfer your ticket to another person. We’ll happily substitute the new guest’s details onto your booking. All ticket transfers must be communicated to the event organisers before the event.
