The #DanceForACause campaign initially began as a collaborative Mandela Day project to give back to the community, something we intended on growing. However, in light of the current and ongoing situations regarding sexual and physical abuse of our womxn and children this needs to be a continuous effort to ensure that a difference is made.
The campaign aims to raise money for the St Annes Homes in Woodstock by providing a platform at our events to help with an easy and consistent flow of donations that will greatly benefit them as an organization.
Sunday Sessions has always been focused on inclusivity and community, we do our utmost to provide a safe place for all womxn and we will continue to do this. Please inform us if there is anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable or may be causing discomfort to another patron and we will assist urgently and accordingly. Speak up.
