Kundalini yoga is also known as the yoga of awakening. This practice works on the spiritual, emotional and physical bodies through a combination of movement and meditation.
Louise Madderson is a certified Level 1 kundalini yoga teacher. She completed her training through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. She specialises in teaching beginner and intermediate classes for adults as well as children’s classes. Her focus is on serving the community and teaching those who have been historically marginalised.
