BALLITO-BIZA Festival is strictly for attendees aged 13–17 years.

Event management and security reserve the right to verify the age of any attendee.

• Attendees who appear older than 17 years may be asked to provide valid proof of age.

• Attendees who appear younger than 13 years may also be asked to provide proof of age.

• If an attendee cannot reasonably verify that they fall within the permitted age range, entry may be refused or they may be removed from the event.

• Wristbands will be issued in accordance with the festival's age-identification procedures.

The decision of event management and security regarding age verification and admission is final.

For the safety of all attendees, BALLITO-BIZA Festival operates on a drop-off and collection system only.

• No attendee parking will be available at - La Montagne Holiday Resort

• Parents, guardians, and designated drivers must use the official drop-off and pick-up zones.

• Vehicles may not be left unattended in these areas.

• Attendees are encouraged to arrange collection times in advance.

• Event staff and security will assist with traffic flow and attendee safety where possible.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Alcohol
• Illegal substances
• Vapes and e-cigarettesCigarettes and tobacco products
• Weapons of any kind
• Sharp objects
• Fireworks
• Laser pointers
• Glass containers
• Outside food or beverages
• Large bags or backpacks
• Drones
• Professional cameras or recording equipment (unless authorised)
• Portable speakers
• Any item deemed unsafe by event security

All attendees may be subject to a security search upon entry.

We want everyone to enjoy an unforgettable day in a safe and positive environment.

Please:

• Treat fellow attendees, staff, performers, and security with respect.

• No fighting, harassment, bullying, discrimination, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour.
• Follow all instructions from event staff and security at all times.
• Respect the venue and surrounding facilities.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or removal from the festival without refund.

By attending BALLITO-BIZA Festival, attendees and their parent(s) or guardian(s) consent to the capture and use of photography and video footage for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes.

By purchasing a ticket and attending BALLITO-BIZA Festival on 26 September 2026 at La Montagne Holiday Resort, attendees and their parent(s) or guardian(s) acknowledge and agree that:

• Event management may refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with festival policies or staff instructions.
• Attendance is at the attendee's own risk.The organisers, venue, staff, contractors, sponsors and partners are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury or illness except where required by law.
• The event may be delayed, changed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control.By entering the festival, attendees accept these Conditions of Entry and consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes.
