Ceremony is back in studio and this time we are at Lemkus flowing to our OG hip hop and R&B playlist
Get ready for a 50-minute yoga class focusing on breath and posture. We'll start with an slow intro with Miss Lauren Hill and the girls, pick things up with an energizing vinyasa flow with Ariana Grande, then slow things down with Snoh Aalegra
Afterwards, we'll serve you our favourite Ceremony Matcha made with Okja oatm*lk.
Your ticket cost covers mat rental, class, and matcha. We'll see you on the 5th floor at Lemkus.
