By purchasing a Shoebox Sponsorship through the S5 Santa Shoebox Initiative, you are contributing towards the procurement, packing, and delivery of a Santa Shoebox for a child in need.

Each Shoebox Sponsorship is valued at R350 and represents the funding of one fully packed shoebox. Contributors may purchase multiple sponsorships during a single transaction.

Funds collected through this initiative will be used solely for purposes directly related to the initiative, including the purchase of shoebox contents, packaging materials, logistics, and delivery costs. Where discounts, sponsorships, donated items, or procurement efficiencies are achieved, any resulting savings may be applied towards increasing the overall impact of the initiative.

System 5 reserves the right to determine beneficiary organisations and recipients based on identified needs and logistical considerations.

By purchasing a Shoebox Sponsorship, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Shoebox Sponsorships made through the S5 Santa Shoebox Initiative are non-refundable, as funds are committed towards the procurement, packing, and delivery of shoeboxes for identified beneficiaries.

Where a contribution has been made in error or an exceptional circumstance exists, a refund request may be submitted to System 5 for consideration. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Approved refunds, where applicable, may be subject to any third-party transaction or platform fees that have already been incurred.

System 5 reserves the right to decline refund requests where funds have already been allocated, goods have been procured, or campaign activities have commenced.

Shoebox Sponsorships purchased through the S5 Santa Shoebox Initiative are voluntary contributions made in support of the initiative's objectives and beneficiaries.

This initiative is administered directly by System 5 and is not operated through a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) for Section 18A purposes. As a result, sponsorships made through this campaign:

- Do not qualify for Section 18A tax certificates;

- Are not tax-deductible donations; and

- Will not result in donation certificates being issued by System 5.

By purchasing a Shoebox Sponsorship, contributors acknowledge and accept that their contribution is made in support of the initiative and does not create any entitlement to tax benefits or donation-related certification.

By participating in the S5 Santa Shoebox Initiative, you consent to System 5 collecting and processing the personal information you provide through this platform for campaign administration purposes.

Information collected may include your name, contact details, sponsorship information, and transaction-related data.

Your information will be used only to:

- Process and administer your shoebox sponsorship;

- Communicate with you regarding the initiative;

- Track and report on campaign participation and impact; and

- Meet any applicable legal or financial obligations.

System 5 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required for payment processing, platform administration, or by law.

Reasonable steps will be taken to safeguard your information and protect your privacy.

System 5 is committed to administering the S5 Santa Shoebox Initiative responsibly and transparently.

At the conclusion of the initiative, summary results may be shared with contributors and stakeholders, including the number of shoeboxes sponsored, packed, and delivered.
