👨👩👧👦 All ages are welcome at TCC Oktoberfest!
🍻 Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and over – ID will be required at the bar.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not allowed at TCC Oktoberfest:
🚫 Outside alcohol or glass bottles
🚫 Illegal substances or drugs
🚫 Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)
🚫 Fireworks or flammable materials
🚫 Sound systems or loudspeakers
🚫 Drones or remote-controlled devices
🚫 Pets (unless pre-approved or certified service animals)
🚫 Open flames (except designated braai or campfire areas)
🚫 Generators (unless pre-approved)
🚫 Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by event organisers
🔍 All bags and vehicles may be subject to search upon entry.

🌦️☀️TCC Oktoberfest is a rain or shine event.
Please come prepared for all weather conditions — bring sunblock, hats, rain gear, etc.
Tented accommodation and camping areas remain open regardless of weather.
Campers must check in at the registration point on arrival.
🔇 Quiet hours in camping areas: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM.
🔥🚫 No open fires outside of designated areas.
Keep your camping area clean — please respect the natural environment.
Parking is available on-site. Please follow marshal directions.
🚫 No overnight sleeping in cars in the parking area.
TCC is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in vehicles.
