

Straight from Texas, Smoke Meisters Chris and Zach return to the Capital Craft Beer Academy on Saturday 25 July 2026. Joined by their travelling band of American BBQ masters, they bring the authentic taste of Texas back to the capital.
Texas BBQ is all about patience. Premium cuts of meat are coated in a pepper-forward dry rub before being smoked low and slow for up to 16 hours, creating deep smoky flavours and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
Supported by Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey, Traeger Grills, Yeti Drinkware and Silent Valley Wagyu, this is an authentic American BBQ experience celebrating world-class meat, whisky, smoke and craftsmanship.
