It is not compulsory to eat the Texas Smoked Fest Plate and we will still be serving our regular Capital Craft food menu.

This year we are doing 2 sessions

Session 1 Ticket: 11:00 to 15:00 

Session 2 Ticket: 17:30 to 20:30

The Menu

Wagyu Brisket

Smoked for 16 hours and served with a Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce.

Mexican Pulled Pork

Slow-cooked with Mexican spices and finished with original Cholula hot sauce.

Texas Smoked Pork Sausage

Classic pork sausage with bold Texas-style smoke.
