10 October 2020 - Welcome to our APARTMENT.
Community guidelines: please read all the info below carefully and follow the instructions – in buying a ticket you thereby agree to the Ts&Cs of the purchase and the running of the event. This is for all of our safety.
There will be no more than 250 tickets available for this special event. It is extremely important that we try and do what we can to minimize the risk and impact our actions could have on our outside lives after the event. While we cannot follow all of you around and track all of your behaviors, we do feel some guidelines are warranted considering the current times we are living in:
1 – NO PHOTOS, NO SOCIAL MEDIA. Please do not post anything (before/during/after the event). The reason for this is, for safety's sake, we can't have 100s or even 1000s of people rocking up at The Club.
2 - Please do not come to the event if you do not have a ticket. Tickets are available online via Howler only. Please add each attendees individual contact info - 1 per ticket. There will be no tickets available at the door.
3 - PLEASE do not come to the event if you are feeling sick or have been sick. At least 5 days before the event - we are very serious about this and ask that you also consider being honest with us, yourselves and others. If you arrive and your temperature is over the limit, you will be asked to leave. We cannot refund your ticket at this stage. If you feel sick after the party (within the 2 week time) please contact us so we can warn everyone else and keep the spread of any illness contained within our circle. We will be sending out an email leading up to the event to check on everyone's health and would appreciate your honesty if something happens. This is why we are collecting individual contact info.
4 – Respect peoples space. We are going to be sharing space, so please be cognizant of this and other people. There will be room to spread out, find chill space, get fresh air etc, however we will obviously be in close proximity to others and ask that you try and be aware of this reality. Please feel ok to tell anyone to give you more space and if you’re told or asked by someone, please don’t take this personal and respect the request. Do not feel obligated to hug, shake hands or kiss anyone on the cheek. We know this will be a moment everyone wants to share their affection and share in the moment, but saying this now should help us all to be easy about it in the moment.
5 - Now more than ever our community is important. We cannot run the risk of hundreds of people showing up and lining up outside The Club. We will be shut down for not what's happening inside, but for what's happening outside. We need to look after each other and if we want the club to be fully operational, we need to make sure we can be responsible... All of us.
6 - Party time will be 2pm - 10pm strictly.
