Tickets can be bought through our official website or authorized ticketing partners only. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources and cannot guarantee their authenticity.
Attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required at entry.
A valid photo ID is required for entry. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket.
The following items are not allowed inside the venue: weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles. Confiscated items will not be returned.
For the safety of all attendees, we reserve the right to conduct security searches at the entrance and inside the event. Refusal to comply with a security search may result in denial of entry without refund.
No re-entry is allowed once you leave the event premises. Please ensure you have everything you need upon entering.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available only if the event is canceled or rescheduled. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date or another event.
We promote a respectful and safe environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without refund.
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, attendees acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their attendance, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death resulting from accidents or exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19. Attendees agree to release the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims related to personal injuries, health complications, or property damage incurred at the event. While organizers commit to maintaining a safe environment, attendees are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to public health and safety guidelines. Participation is at attendees' own risk, especially for those with health concerns or at higher risk of severe illness.
Professional photography and recording are prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the organizers. However, personal, non-commercial use of cameras and mobile devices is permitted.
