E-hailing Services
E-hailing services will bepermitted at the venue via adesignated drop-off and pick-up zone only.
For your safety, we encourage all attendees to travel in groups where possible. While reasonable safety measures will be in place, the event organisers cannot be held liable for incidents occurring outside the venue or during travel to and from the event.
Plan ahead, travel responsibly, and enjoy the experience safely.

- Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, sharp objects or replicas)
- Illegal substances or narcotics
- Outside food and beverages

- Fireworks, flares or explosive materials
- Laser pointers
- Drones or unmanned aerial devices
- Professional cameras, video cameras or recording equipment (without approved media accreditation)
- Folding chairs or portable seating
- Any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event security
Event security reserves the right to refuse entry or confiscate prohibited items in the interest of public safety.
