African Sky Music Series 2020, is the first annual music festival, held in Emalahleni, 30 May 2020, at Puma Stadium, Emalahleni, Mpumalanga province, South Africa. It promises to be an excellent source of jazz and African music from the continent and abroad for Mpumalanga province, Emalahleni residents and visitors.
As the world is celebrating International Jazz Day, Cape Town as the official global host city on April 30th, 2020. African Sky Music Series will serve as the post celebration for the local jazz and African music lovers. The festival will reflect on the city's cultural diversity as we also celebrate May Day and Africa Month.
This one-day event will set Emalahleni community ablaze with its entertaining and educational programming with focus on the cultural and musical heritage in Africa. This will be done in The Framework of Social Cohesion, the Peace and Nation Building in South Africa and the continent.
