Parking will be available at Pretoria National Botanical Gardens, subject to venue capacity and venue rules.

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow enough time for parking, ticket scanning, and seating before the formal programme begins.

Please follow the directions of venue staff, security, and event staff when entering, parking, and exiting the venue.

Together We Grow Events and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not allowed at the event:

• No outside food or drinks
• No alcohol brought from outside the venue
• No cooler boxes
• No hubbly, hookah pipes, or smoking devices inside the hall
• No illegal substances
• No weapons or dangerous items
• No fireworks or flammable items
• No large banners, gazebos, or promotional material unless approved by the organiser
• No pets, except registered service animals where permitted by the venue

Right of admission is reserved. Guests who do not comply with venue or event rules may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Please present your ticket at the entrance on arrival.

Tickets are valid for one person only, unless otherwise stated on your ticket.

Seating may be arranged according to the organizer's layout.

Guests with specific dietary requirements, food allergies or intolerances are requested to notify us in advance.

Dietary requests must be submitted by 12 September 2026. All requests are subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed unless they have been communicated and acknowledged before the event.
