Head Chef and Founder of Conscious Cooking, Storm Rodger will be doing an exclusive Master class workshop in collaboration with FARMHOUSE at Project 58.
The first event in a series of masterclasses in 2022, guests will take a journey from the garden to the kitchen as chef-in-residence Storm Rodgers demonstrates how to prepare nutrient-dense, fresh and balanced food that super-charges the body's energetic frequency.
Storm will teach you various high-level skills on cooking holistically, nutritional eating and sourcing ingredients and empower you with the tools you need to become your own Master chef at home. That can not only nourish you but your family too.
You will be guided through the process of learning how to make a starter and the main course following that you will sit down to the delicious meals you have been taught and finish off with a demonstration of a delicious sweet treat (of course tasters will be provided)
All classes will be gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free and grain-free as a baseline.
Emphasising & Teaching the nutritional & healing elements of the recipes demonstrated.
This will be an informative, dynamic, experiential, fun workshop with live food demonstrations by Professional Whole Foods Chef – Storm Rodger.
What to expect at the first event, Sunday 15 May 2022 11am - 4pm
After an immersive demonstration and cooking workshop in The Lapa, we'll dine communally and enjoy a fresh, healthy lunch together.
*We will close the afternoon with a foraging tour in Agri-Garden, guests may take home a box of vegetables for an additional R220.
R950 includes the demonstration and lunch, as well as the agri-garden foraging tour.
Stay at FARMHOUSE
Optional: Stay the night at FARMHOUSE on Sunday evening after the workshop and enjoy breakfast and a sunrise hike before you check out.
Rates include accommodation and breakfast, hiking is R250 per person.
