I further release Spiced Productions and any associated parties, managers, consultants, directors, affiliates, employees and subcontractors of any liability, including, but not limited to, loss, damage, theft or injury, relating to the events and services for which this ticket entitles me (whether personal or otherwise), as well as any matter relating to this ticket, inclusive of damage, theft or loss and that attendance is at my own risk. Spiced Productions reserves the rights with respect to entry into the events, and may exclude any person at the discretion of management based on inappropriate behaviors inclusive of but not limited to vandalism, fighting, misconduct, violate of property or engage in illegal activity.
