Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with attending the Malfy Yacht Experience (the “Event”), and acknowledge that attendance at the Event is at their own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability: The Event Organiser, their affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively, "Organiser") will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, death or thefts that might occur before, during, or after the Event.

Photography & Videography: By attending the Event, attendees grant the Organiser the right to take photographs and video recordings of them during the Event, and to use these in any and all media, now known or later invented, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, and other commercial purposes.

Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be made except in the discretion of the Organiser or as otherwise expressly provided herein.

Indemnification: By attending the Event, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any action, claim, or lawsuit brought against the Organiser as a result of their attendance or behavior at the Event.

Miscellaneous: This disclaimer is governed by The Republic of South Africa law, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this disclaimer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic of South Africa.

Alcohol, Drugs & Weapons: The Organiser does not endorse the illegal or irresponsible use of alcohol or drugs. Any attendee found to be in possession of, or under the influence of, illegal substances will be removed from the Event and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. No Weapons Allowed.

Weather & Cancellation: In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen circumstances that render the hosting of the Event unsafe, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Event. If the Event is cancelled, ticket holders may receive an alternative strictly at the Organiser's discretion.

Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other attendees, staff, and property. Any individual behaving inappropriately or causing disturbance will be removed from the Event at the Organiser's discretion without a refund.
