Age Requirement
Age Requirement Policy: The Mpumalanga Biggest Braai Festival is open to attendees of all ages. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to attendees who are 18 years of age or older, and valid identification may be required to purchase or consume alcohol. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that minors under their care do not consume alcohol or engage in any other prohibited activities. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of age for any attendee, and failure to provide valid identification upon request may result in denial of entry or removal from the festival grounds. The festival may include loud music, strobe lights, and other sensory elements that may not be suitable for young children or individuals with certain medical conditions. Parents or guardians are advised to use their discretion and ensure that the festival environment is safe and appropriate for minors in their care. The organizer shall not be held liable for any issues or incidents related to the attendance of minors at the festival, and parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and well-being of minors in their care throughout the event.
Parking
Parking Policy: The Mpumalanga Biggest Braai Festival may provide designated parking areas for festival attendees. Parking availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and parking spots cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Attendees are responsible for following all parking rules and regulations, including any instructions provided by event staff or signage in the parking area. Parking fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated prior to the event and must be paid in accordance with the festival's payment methods and deadlines. The festival organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings parked at the festival venue. Attendees are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicles and to take necessary precautions to secure their belongings. Vehicles parked in unauthorized or prohibited areas may be subject to towing at the owner's expense. The festival organizer reserves the right to change or modify the parking policy at any time without prior notice. Attendees are encouraged to carpool, use public transportation, or arrange for alternative transportation options to minimize traffic and parking congestion at the festival venue. Any disputes or issues related to parking at the festival shall be resolved between the vehicle owner and the relevant parking authority, and the festival organizer shall not be held liable for any parking-related matters.
Prohibited Items
ohibited Items Policy: The following items are strictly prohibited at the Mpumalanga Biggest Braai Festival: weapons, firearms, explosives, fireworks, and any other dangerous objects or substances. Illegal substances, drugs, or any other illicit materials are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds and may result in legal action. Glass containers, glass bottles, and any other glass items are not allowed on the festival premises for safety reasons. Please use plastic or other non-glass containers instead. Animals or pets, except for service animals, are not permitted on the festival grounds, for the safety and comfort of all attendees. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, are generally not allowed, as the festival may have food and beverage vendors on site. However, some exceptions may apply for medical or dietary reasons. Any promotional or marketing materials, unauthorized merchandise, or commercial solicitation is not permitted without prior written consent from the festival organizer. Any items that may disrupt the festival experience, such as megaphones, air horns, or other loud noise-making devices, are prohibited. Any items that may obstruct the view or safety of other attendees, such as large umbrellas, tents, or signage, may not be allowed in certain areas or may require prior approval from festival staff. Drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or any other remote-controlled flying devices are not allowed on the festival grounds without proper authorization from the festival organizer. The festival organizer reserves the right to inspect bags, backpacks, or other personal belongings for prohibited items at any time, and failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the festival grounds.
Ticket Refund Policy

If this event is cancelled, rescheduled or curtailed, Event Protect will provide a simple and fast refund process. You can apply directly to Event Protect for a refund. Provided the event has been accepted and is covered by the Programme, which is underwritten by "A" rated insurers, your application will be managed through Event Protect. Please note communicable diseases such as the COVID-19 Virus is not covered by this Policy.
