Overflow Breathwork

Join us for a guided experience using just the power of your breath. Breathwork has the ability to profoundly enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and some well documented benefits include:

What to Wear/Bring:

• Yoga mats
• Cushion/pillow
• Water
• Journal and pen
• Eye mask (optional)

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring layers as the temperature can fluctuate.

Other things to note:

Try to avoid food for at least 2 hours before the event, stay well-hydrated, and avoid alcohol and caffeine for 6 hours prior if possible.

We kindly ask that you arrive 10-15min before start time to ensure you have time to get settled prior to starting.

Please note that breathwork is not suitable for individuals with a history of psychotic episodes, epilepsy, eye issues (detached retina / recent laser surgery / cataracts), heart conditions and those in their first trimester of pregnancy.
