Each year, HomeComing Events teams up with Sun International to bring you the Sun City Takeover, an unmissable event located in the heart of North West. This three-day extravaganza includes a Beach Party at the Valley of the Waves, U’R at the Amphitheatre, All-White at Sun Park, FonCity at the Cabanas Lawns and Majita Monday at the Shebeen. This year, the Takeover adopts the tropical theme of Tiki Luau, promising to infuse the weekend with even more colours and fun!
All packages grant you access to:
- A 3-night stay for two adults (except the family package) from Friday, November 1, to check out on Monday, November 4. Please note that any additional nights beyond the morning of November 4 at Sun City are not covered in our package and must be booked separately.
- Breakfast each morning
- Weekend passes providing entry to all Sun City Takeover events throughout the weekend for room occupants
- Access to resort facilities

1. The LayUp payments will be made over a period of six months or less, from April to the end of September.
2. All LayUp payments must be completed by 7th October. It is required that repayment be made within 7 days after the due date each month.
3. If you fail to make the LayUp payment within 7 days of a specified month, your order and tickets will be cancelled, leading to a cancellation fee of 20% (equivalent to your LayUp deposit)
By entering this venue, you are granting HomeComing Events and/or its organizers permission to utilize your photograph or likeness in any video, photograph, or social media promotion. This includes usage by HomeComing Events, its organizers, sponsors, or other attending agencies associated with HomeComing Events' mission.
Please note that you will not receive any form of compensation or consideration for granting this consent or for the subsequent publication or use of your likeness.
Moreover, by entering this venue, you are agreeing to indemnify HomeComing Events and its associated agencies against any liability that may arise directly or indirectly from the publication of your photograph, the release of indemnity, or the dissemination of public relations materials, including those posted on social media platforms. Unauthorized photography/videography is strictly prohibited.
