Intellectual Property & Recording Rules

• Professional recording gear: Detachable-lens cameras, audio recorders, and tripods are strictly banned to protect the speaker's copyrighted content.
• Live-streaming equipment: Gimbals, selfie sticks, and external microphones that enable unauthorized broadcasting.

Access Control & Credentials

• Unbadged entry: No admission without pre-printed, non-transferable event badges or RFID/NFC smart credentials.
• Oversized bags: Backpacks and luggage exceeding standard briefcase size (typically 30cm x 30cm) must be checked into the cloakroom.

VIP Safety & Disruption Prevention

• Weapons of any kind: Concealed firearms, pocket knives, and pepper spray.
• Signs and banners: Marketing banners, promotional materials, or political signage not explicitly cleared by event organizers.
• Outside food and beverages: Thermoses, glass bottles, and outside meals.
