Facilitators: Sally Gutjahr
Sally is a passionate and enthusiastic Yoga Teacher and owner of Johannesburg’s most successful Yoga studio – Yoga Experience, now situated inside the Bull ring at the Wanderers Stadium. Sally has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past twenty-two years. Her intention in starting yoga was to recover from an eating disorder and to empower herself to live an authentic and joyful life.
She has successfully achieved her goal and continues to live in her Truth and power by sharing her experience and gifts of healing with her students. Sally’s yoga classes are technically sound and inspiring. She incorporates pranayama and deep relaxation into the mix and uses the benefits of the yoga practice as tools to take off the mat and into the world. She loves holding space for people and enjoys the retreat environment where the magic happens.

Includes: yoga, water, and access to the park for the remaining part of the day
Arrive in: Comfortable active wear for easy movement.
Bring along: a yoga mat and a water bottle, a sun hat for walking through the park.

No food, drinks, pets, gazebos, or sporting equipment may be brought into the park. Entry and use of the facilities are entirely at your own risk. NIROX and organizers have no responsibility for injury or loss of any kind, howsoever arising. Children are their parent's responsibility. They must be under adult supervision at all times and respect the performance and experience of other patrons during the concert. Sculptures are not to be handled or played upon. The landscape is precious, treat it as such. No swimming is permitted. NIROX is an outdoor venue, subject to the weather. While every care is taken to ensure an enjoyable experience, a decision will be taken in the event of inclement weather on how to proceed. No refunds. Entry to the park constitutes an agreement that images of visitors may be captured and published on social and other media by other visitors; and by NIROX. The event will comply with current COVID legislation and best practice. If these change,
NIROX is not responsible for the curtailment or cancellation of this event. NIROX is a private not-for-profit foundation to benefit the arts. Allocated income is used to maintain the grounds, the artist residency program, and artist support.
