Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Karoo, this event promises a perfect blend of freedom, camaraderie, and the distinctive Harley-Davidson spirit.
Karoo 62, the host venue. Offers multiple luxury accommodations along with a blend of affordable self-catering options and self-tented camping. If you wish to take in the soul of the Karoo, Glamping accommodation would be the place to experience this event.

(10 units – 2 x Single Beds, close to shared-ablutions)
(50 units – 2 x Single Beds, close to restaurant, separate ablutions)
(We give you the tent which comprise of 2 x Single Beds, no fridge, close to shared ablutions)
(Choose from 3 different sized plots: Small, Medium, Large
(4 Luxury chalets, Kudu, Eland, Duiker, Steenbok. Offering various sleeping arrangements, fully equipped kitchen, stove-top, no oven, shower only, Wi-Fi available)
(8 Caravans, sleeps 2 each, basic camping equipment, shaded porch, private boma area, separate ablutions)
(Sleeps 8, across 4 bedrooms, off-grid, fully equipped kitchen, large stoep with boma and hot-tub)
- Safe, on-site parking is provided.
- No sleeping in vehicles.
- No entry after 19:30, the main gate will be closed, unless previously arranged.
- No animals No vehicles in main camp site
- No illegal drugs
- No beers, Ciders, Box or Bottle Wines
- No Carbonated drinks, cool drinks, energy drinks
- No drones
- No portable speakers or Sound Systems [we’ll provide the stages and entertainment]
- No swimming after 7pm
- No Shishas/Hubbly BubbliesNo Fireworks
- No unauthorized fires: skottels / gas / braais – check with our team for supervised braai areas and assistance
- We are a cashless event. Bring your debit / credit / cheque card to transact – all bank cards and virtual cards are welcome.
- No acts of discrimination, violence or hate speech against any groups, staff members, service providers or fellow festival goers will be tolerated.
- Bring Your Own Tent not exceeding 4.5m floor size for General Campers. Plots are limited, no reservations, do not encroach on your neighbours, no other structures allowed but tents per plot
