1. Ticket Policy
No Ticket, No Entry.
Tickets will be available at the gate for R160.
All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the case of official event postponement.
Tickets must be presented at the entrance for verification.
2. Entry & Prohibited Items
No cooler boxes allowed.
No outside food or outside alcohol allowed.
Alcohol will be available for purchase inside the event venue.
For safety reasons, no weapons of any kind are permitted.
3. Conduct & Behavior
Fighting, discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual who violates these rules without refund.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The event organizers, sponsors, and partners will not be held responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Any injury, accident, or misfortune occurring during the event.
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
5. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes without compensation.
