The event is for the public, to empower and expose up and coming artists an entrepreneurs to show case their artistry, market & sell their works to expose themselves and be recognized by the public domain and a platform for artists and the youth to collabrate and forge long lasting and productive relationships both on a personal and business orientated basis.
About us
The Be HVPPY LTD N.Y.E Festival event occurs on an annual basis, every 31st of December till the 1st of January. It is a live concert, New Year’s Eve festival which is a public event that features a variety of upcoming artist & bands, including prominent ones. The event Consist of workshops, where young and upcoming artist and entrepreneurs sell and market their works through a series of interactive workshops or stalls. The event focuses on exposing the companies assigned music catalogs and push product and services produced and manufaured by the company to the public domain independently as a brand of South Africa and a platform for the company to connect more closely to its audiences.
The event is a free entry public event, however, a Be HVPPY new years eve cup is your access token to enter in the event.
" Its a free entry event because you dont pay for the ticket but for the cup and the packages that come with it".
The event is in collaboration with different stance communities from different regions like Soweto, VAAL, to name a few...Who come together to showcase their cars as part of the main event activities associated with the event called the Park off and chill.

Repurchases
Since the awarness process starts from jan till the day of the event. Anyone of our clients who have lost the cup and has proof for purchase on the gate. They will be given a 85% off discount. Where they will pay R15 for each cup they had lost.

18 + simply due to alcohol availability in the event
You will receive a parking ticket as proof that you the owner.
More security systems will be in place during the day of the event.
Glass bottles, knifes, guns, anything seen as an harmful object from anyone entering the premises of the venue will be immediately sent out!
1. Keep the area clean: Encourage attendees to dispose of trash properly and respect the environment.
2. Respect other attendees: Remind everyone to be courteous and considerate towards fellow participants.
3. Follow event guidelines: Clearly outline any specific rules or regulations relevant to the event activities.
4. Stay safe: Encourage attendees to be mindful of their own safety and the safety of others.
5. No unauthorized solicitation: If applicable, prohibit unauthorized selling or promotion of products or services.
6. Respect private property: Remind attendees to stay within designated event areas and respect nearby private properties.
7. Follow instructions from event staff: Encourage attendees to comply with any instructions or requests from event organizers or staff members.
8. Zero tolerance for violence: Emphasize that any form of violence, including physical altercations, verbal abuse, or harassment, will not be tolerated.
