All Ages Welcome

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following are strictly prohibited at the festival: chairs of any kind (including camping chairs and stools), gas bottles, cans or containers, glasses or glassware, cooler boxes, picnic baskets, umbrellas, tents, gazebos, and braais; heavy or sharp objects, weapons, and fireworks; outside food or beverages; illegal substances; skateboards, scooters, roller blades, or bicycles; laser pointers, flashlights, flags with poles, large flags or banners, whistles, horns, musical instruments, and loudhailers; animals (except registered service animals); hawkers or unauthorized sellers; and unapproved marketing, promotional, or sales displays. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas. In line with Midstream College policy, no learner is permitted to smoke, vape, consume alcohol, or use any prohibited substance at the festival—regardless of age. This rule applies at all times and in all areas of the event.

Any form of indecent or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
