As dusk settles, make your way down to the iconic long table beside the river, where you'll be served a beautifully curated main course under the open sky, accompanied by music, great conversation, and the warmth of a shared dining experience.

Information
The Longest Table Series is recommended for guests aged 18 years and older. Due to the nature of the event, there is no children's menu or discounted children's ticket. All guests require a full-price ticket and will receive the same three-course dining experience. Guests under the age of 18 will not be served alcohol.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited:
Outside food and beverages, including alcohol.
Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or any item that may be used as a weapon.
Glass bottles or containers (unless purchased from the event bar).
Fireworks, flares, lasers, or any hazardous materials.
Portable speakers or sound systems.
Drones, unless authorised by the event organisers.
Gazebos, large umbrellas, or structures that may obstruct other guests.
Any item deemed dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate by event security or management.
All bags and belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. No Regrets Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who fails to comply with these conditions without a refund.
Parking & Arrival
Your journey is part of the experience. Guests will begin the evening by parking on the hilltop, where sunset canapés will be served. Following the welcome experience, guests will make their way in convoy down to the beautifully styled riverside long table for the main dining experience. Complimentary on-site parking is available at both locations, with our team on hand to guide guests throughout the evening. You don't need a 4x4 vehicle for this event.
Security
The safety and comfort of our guests are our highest priority. Security personnel will be present throughout the event, from the venue entrance and parking areas to both the hilltop and riverside locations, ensuring a safe, secure and enjoyable experience from arrival through to departure.
Terms & Conditions
The organisers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or amend the event due to circumstances beyond their control.
Ticket holders will be notified of any changes via the contact details provided at booking, as well as through our official social media and ticketing platform.
If the event is postponed due to severe weather, force majeure, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund or transfer information will be communicated where applicable.
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and older. Valid ID may be requested.
Photography and videography will take place. By attending, guests consent to the use of this content for promotional purposes.
