Colmant is without question one of South Africa's leading Cap Classique producers, and Jean-Philippe (JP) Colmant and Paul Gerber will be in Johannesburg for this Affaire de Bulles. Each year, at the end of July, Colmant showcases the entire range and includes the release of their Absolu zero dosage cuvée.
Other bubbly available to taste on the evening will include Champagne from one of our growers, Benoît Marguet, and some Crémant de Bourgogne. As you walk around with your glass of chosen bubbly, Chef James Diack and his team will have a selection of canapés available for you to nibble on.
The evening is limited to just 60 guests.
