Angelique invites you to hold space for yourself and with her through this beautiful flow of connecting to your body, working through and encouraging yourself to take your yoga practice a little further and deeper into the heart.
This workshop will be using props, a strap or belt (anything that is not stretchy) is needed as well as your own yoga mat, eye pillow and blanket.
Backbends are therapeutic, healing and can challenge your physically, mentally and emotionally.
Incorporating them into your daily life can help you present yourself as a more positive and lifted version of yourself to the world.
This workshop will help you to open front body while to bringing total space and awareness into the places with yourself that often feel closed off or disconnected.
Together we will move, breathe and flow to allow areas to softly release tension from your body to ultimately achieve a deeper and more fulfilling practice.
