A sound bath is an immersive audio meditation. Traditional singing bowls, indigenous instruments and voice are used to guide participants into a relaxed, focused and healing place.
Be online slightly early for your session so you can find a comfortable place to sit or lie in quietly before the session starts and avoid feeling rushed.
Wear cloths that are comfortable. Have a mat , small pillow and blanket if you think you might get cold. Sit or lie down in a position that suits you.
You will be guided through the beginning of the sound bath. Feel free to be in a position that is most relaxing. Close your eyes. Let the sounds and vibrations guide your feelings. Breathe normally. Allow yourself to relax throughout the session
