Tickets & Entry

Yes. The festival is strictly 18+. Bring a valid photo ID (driver’s licence, passport or ID card) – no ID, no entry.

Yes, both. No ticket, no party. Have your printed or digital ticket ready plus a valid photo ID. Strictly 18+.

No re-entry. Once you’re out, you’re out. Plan accordingly.

Click “BUY TICKETS” at the top of the page. Top-right corner of the site – one click and you’re in the queue for tickets.

Join the waiting list. Simply Click here. We’ll ping you if anything opens up. Grab VIP Standing or Party tickets in the meantime; they can be upgraded later.

Venue & Logistics

Yes. Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed. Anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.

Yes, but plan ahead. Plenty of parking on site. Still, Uber, Bolt or a designated driver is the smarter move.

Book your ride in advance. E-hail (Uber/Bolt), carpool or designate a driver. Plenty of on site parking available.

Early – gates open 2PM. No re-entry once you leave. Top up online before you arrive to skip the bar queues.

Festival Do's

Smart & comfy. Cape Town weather flips fast – pack sunscreen, hat, light layers. Coat check available.

Water is your best friend. Stay aware, keep valuables close, stick with your crew.

Respect everyone and the space. We’re here for the music. Be kind, be present, help us make an experience to remember.

Festival Don'ts

No outside gear or supplies. Please Leave chairs, coolers, snacks and drinks at home.

Anything that kills the vibe. No weapons, fireworks, lasers, illegal substances or hazardous items.

No pro gear. Leave DSLRs, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, GoPros, audio recording devices and drones at home. Our media crew has you covered.

Never. Plan your safe ride home before the first beat drops.

Stay sharp. Phone in front pocket, handbag zipped, eyes open.

Event T&Cs

● Lineups, opening/closing & set times may change on the day.

● Professional camera equipment, selfie sticks, monopods, tripods, GoPros, audio recording devices, drones and similar devices will not be permitted on the premises.

● By entering the premises, all guests agree that they may be filmed/photographed as part of promotional content for Black Coffee Weekender & Music People (Promoters).

● The promoter and/or venue will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

● Attendees are responsible for their personal property at all times & should not leave their belongings unattended.

● Guest list will be available until venue capacity is reached.
