Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket to Once Upon A Time in Joburg, you agree to the following:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for personal circumstances, including changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel or transport difficulties, failure to attend, late arrival, failure to produce valid identification, purchasing the incorrect ticket type, or refusal of entry due to non-compliance with event rules.
Minor changes to performance times, supporting artists, programming or event layout do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund Protect
Refund Protect may be available as an optional add-on through Howler at checkout. It may provide a 100% refund, including applicable fees, where you are unable to attend due to qualifying unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Protect is administered separately by Protect Group and is subject to its own terms, eligibility requirements and claims process. It does not alter Dr. Bird Productions’ no-refund policy.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be safely transferred to another individual using Howler’s official ticket transfer system.
Postponement
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by Dr. Bird Productions and does not proceed on a rescheduled date, ticket holders will be offered the option of a refund or, where available, a ticket rollover or credit towards a future event.
