Information
No one under 18 years of age will be admitted under any circumstances, including with a parent or guardian. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No ID, no entry, and no refund.
1. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to Potch Huis @ The Warehouse (WELCOME TO NIRVANA), on 31 October 2026, you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket.
2. One-Day Club Pass
Your ticket includes a one-day pass to the Club, valid only for the date and hours of the Event. The pass grants temporary access as a guest and does not constitute membership. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be extended or used on any other day.
3. Cannabis Consumption Area – Acknowledgment
The Club is a cannabis consumption venue. Cannabis products may be smoked, vaped, and consumed on the premises throughout the Event, including in indoor and shared areas. Odor, smoke, and vapor should be expected.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:
• you are knowingly entering a cannabis consumption area;
• you may be exposed to cannabis smoke, vapor, and odor, whether or not you choose to consume;
• you are not required to consume cannabis, and you attend at your own choice; and
• you waive any right to complain, request a refund, or make a claim because of the presence of cannabis, smoke, vapor, or odor at the Event, including if you do not consume cannabis yourself.
4. Age Restriction
No one under 18 years of age will be admitted under any circumstances, including with a parent or guardian. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No ID, no entry, and no refund.
5. Right of Admission Reserved
The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any person at its sole discretion, with or without cause, including for intoxication, disorderly or unsafe behavior, violation of Club rules or the law, or failure to show valid ID. No refund will be given to anyone refused entry or removed for these reasons.
6. Club Rules and Conduct
Ticket Holders must follow all Club rules, posted signs, and staff instructions. Cannabis may only be consumed in designated areas. Cannabis may not be sold or shared for payment on the premises. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired. Consume responsibly and at your own pace.
7. Assumption of Risk
You understand that cannabis affects people differently and may impair judgment, coordination, and perception. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including risks from cannabis consumption by you or others, crowds, and loud amplified live music, which may affect hearing.
8. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Ticket Holder releases and agrees not to hold liable the Club, the Event organizers, performers, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or expense arising from attendance at the Event, including from cannabis consumption, secondhand smoke, or loss or theft of personal property, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party.
The total liability of the Released Parties for any claim relating to the Event, if any, is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Released Parties against claims, losses, and costs arising from your own conduct at the Event or your breach of these Terms.
10. Tickets, Refunds, and Changes
All sales are final. Refunds are not available except where the Event is cancelled. The Event lineup, schedule, and format may change without notice. In the event of cancellation, the Ticket Holder's sole remedy is a refund of the ticket price.
11. Photography and Recording
The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in Event media, unless you notify staff in writing before entry. No photos may be taken inside the bud bar.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws The Republic of South Africa. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
