WILD WHEELS – The Wildest Ride on Earth
Get ready for a mountain biking weekend unlike anything else in South Africa.
Wild Wheels takes you deep into the heart of the premier big 5 properrty in KZN, The Munyawana Conservancy in Zululand, home to Phinda and Zuka, riding through spectacular Big Five country and landscapes normally reserved for wildlife and game vehicles.
The weekend kicks off on Friday with a 20km prologue, followed by sundowners and an evening at Bayala Safari Lodge. Saturday is the main event — the 90km Wild Wheels Classic, with a shorter 50km option for those looking for a slightly more relaxed day in the saddle.
But this is about far more than just the riding.
Think Big Five wilderness, game drives, great food, cold drinks, live music, epic goodie bags and two nights at Bayala Safari Lodge, shared with a small group of riders who are there for exactly the same reason — to ride bikes, have a world class ride and experience this incredible part of Africa in a completely different way.
